  • An additional discount of 10% will be applied to all guests staying 7 nights or more.
  • ** This rate is a discounted rate that is offered to our guests that are  staying 3 nights or more.
  • *** We do not take reservations over the phone for stays of 1 or 2 nights. These are booked on a daily basis to walk-in customers ( subject to availability). You may call for current daily rates.
  • DEPOSIT INFORMATION:  A $150.00 deposit is required prior to your scheduled arrival date. This may be made by check or money order, unless the reservation is less than 30 days away.
  • We do charge more for weekend nights or for holiday weekends.
  • We do not have set check-in or check-out days. Plan your vacation the way you want to!


Cancellation Policy:  A 2 week (14 day) cancellation notice prior to your first nights stay is required or the price of a one night stay (per each cabin) will be deducted from your deposit as a processing fee.  

All cancellations, regardless of time frame, will be charged a minimum $50.00 cancellation and processing fee.

Upon check-in we do not issue refunds for any reason such as, but not limited to, stays shorter than originally reserved for / and / or planned re-arrangement, inclimate weather, illness, family disputes or early departure.

A Pet deposit of $50.00 is required for all pets.

DAMAGE Deposit  will be required upon Check-In. This can be done by leaving an imprint of your Credit Card with the Check-in staff.  This deposit will be used towards any damage to the cabin or property as well as any items that are "missing" from the cabin upon your departure. Due do the nature of our business we must insist on a credit card number as a damage deposit. If you do not have a credit card then we will accept a cash deposit which will be returned to you after the cabin is examined prior to your completed check-out.

An Excessive Cleaning Fee of $25.00 will be charged to any guest that leaves an excessive mess, including but not limited to: dirt dishes, excessive food left behind, excessive mess, stained towels, stained bedding etc. The additional staff it takes to clean such a cabin is costly.

The rates for the 2013 season will be posted shortly after Labor Day.
