While Old Orchard Beach with its wide seven mile stretch of sandy beaches is understandably a major attraction, there are many things to see and do in the immediate vicinity of Old Orchard Beach.

ALL of our cabins have kitchenettes.

Small cabins have 1 double bed, Sleeps 2 people.

Medium cabins have 2 double beds or a double bed and a futon. Sleeps up to 4 people (in one room)

Large cabins have 2 private bedrooms, each has a double bed, or two twin beds. Sleeps up to 4 people.

Our largest cabin sleeps 6 people. If you have more than 6 people in your group you will need more than one cabin.

All cabins have Air Conditioning

All cabins have Color Cable TV

Some cabins have screened porches. Inquire when you call.

Our swimming pool is 3 feet at the low end and 9 feet at the deep end. It is maintained very well.

We do not have or offer cots. The cottages are rented by size and customer count and there is not room to add a cot.

    • An additional discount of 10% will be applied to all guests staying 7 nights or more.

    • ** This rate is a discounted rate that is offered to our guests that are  staying 3 nights or more.

    *** We will take reservations for short stays of 1 or 2 nights, however the following conditions apply. 

    Reservations for 1 or 2 nights can be made up to 30 days in advance and are subject to availability.

    Full payment must be made at the time of the reservation and is non-refundable.

    You may call for current daily rates for short stays of 1 or 2 nights, the rates are not discounted as they are for stays of 3 nights or more.

    Reservation Deposit:  A deposit of 25% (USD) per cabin is required for each cabin reservation\.

    This deposit must be made via check or money order when making the reservation. We do not accept checks if reservation is within 30 days, only money orders. A credit card is always required to remain for deposit on any damages or missing items.

    • A 2 week (14 day) cancellation notice prior to your first nights stay to avoid forfeiting your deposit. There is cancellation/processing fee of $25.00 for any cancellation.
    • Cancellations of 2-13 days will forfeit the deposit on the reservation.
    • Cancellations made 24 hours or less, prior to your arrival date or during holiday periods are considered a "no show" and will be charged the full amount for the reserved cabin. Customers that do not show up will be charged in full for the reserved time.

    • After your check-in, we do not issue refunds for any reason such as, but not limited to, stays shorter than originally reserved for, planned re-arrangement, inclement weather, illness, family disputes or early departure.

    • A  Damage Deposit  Your credit card number (on file) will be used to charge for any damages, extras or excessive cleaning fees..
